Yesterday evening, we looked at the photos, and it felt like reliving our wedding for one night . It’s so true that, seen in sequence like this, they really tell a story—or rather, a fairy tale—because I couldn’t believe it was really us! I LOVED them SO MUCH, and some even gave me chills.
The ceremony photos, even though I only remembered tense faces and tears (which is why I was afraid there wouldn’t be a single decent one), are absolutely beautiful. They perfectly capture both the tension and the happiness of the moment. I loved the ceremony just the way we did it, and the photos confirm that it was truly wonderful.
But the ones that surprised me the most and left me speechless were the dinner and party photos! They really capture the celebration! And there are some that I truly LOVE—plus, you managed to capture all the guests!! You were right!! The candid, dynamic shots are definitely my favorites. We absolutely made the right choice in letting you work in the midst of everything . Gianni was right—you are a ninja!
And finally, among the photos you took of me and Fra, I’m honestly spoiled for choice! First of all, the idea of using the room with the hanging chairs? TOP! That corner, so “upside-down,” really surprised me—it’s a bit like us! You truly managed to bring out who we are as a couple because you captured exactly how we love each other by teasing and having fun… I mean, I’m honestly speechless, even if this ridiculously long message might suggest otherwise .
I just wanted to express what I thought after just a first look at the photos! Of course, this morning, I’m already on my second round! So, truly, congratulations—thanks to you, the emotions we felt that day will always come back to us .

We knew we wanted to get married in a beautiful place, and Tuscany seemed like the obvious choice :) Then came the next important piece – finding someone to capture our day. When I came across Livio’s website, I knew he was the photographer for us.
We had a very small wedding, just 13 people in the courtyard of a Tuscan villa. So when I say that Livio has the ability to blend in and become part of the fabric of the day, capturing beautiful moments without even being noticed, you know I mean it :) It was so wonderful, as visitors to the region, to have someone who knows Tuscany suggest locations for taking photos.
